I purchased this package to replace my existing system. It works perfectly and the monitor cost is more cost effective than most.

This alarm works well especially if you subscribe to their live monitoring. Cheaper than any other live monitoring service in the market.

It does work but the issue is that we have had to call Ring service many times to get the notifications to work properly. Best Buy and the Geek Squad have been great and we do want the security of having this product. The biggest issue we have is that we have had to call Ring many times (although their customer service people are great) and have had to uninstall and reinstall the Ring app many times. We did this again yesterday and so far, so good. We'll see...
