I haven't had it long enough to give 5 stars. I bought this as a gift for someone and installed it yesterday. I am very impressed with the image and sound quality as well as the ease of installation. The doorbell camera seems to be very robustly built as well. I like it better than my own Arlo system so far.

I recently purchased the Ring Camera and I couldn't be happier with the results... at least that's what I thought! After the free monthly subscription ended, it was a big waste of money. First, let me start by saying that the camera is amazing. It busy captures at high quality and the night mode works fantastic. The camera functions as it should with alerts and notifications perfectly fine. The neighborhood alerts are my favorite thing because you have eyes she ears everywhere! However, once my monthly membership trial ended... he camera became almost useless. It suddenly stopped connecting to my wifi and because I'm not paying for the monthly subscription, I cannot access previous recorded clips. These two things are essential to having the Ring Camera and without either, there's no point of having it. I'm worried that that the Developers purposely make the camera not function as it should without paying the monthly subscription. I understand having to pay for the storage in order access recording... but it's it really necessary to have to pay monthly for it to save and veiw? Why not make the camera cheaper so the monthly subscription can be affordable and why does the camera become flawed with wifi connection if there's no monthly subscription? It's a shame... moral of the story, don't buy this product unless you are prepared to buy the monthly subscription. Otherwise, its a good camera.

I added this to a short term rental house I have so I can keep track of the guests. It works great. No complaints. Easy setup.

Ring wireless doorbell camera is a great investment! I have 2 for front and back doors! And highly recommend them! They let you know someone is at the door, or a package ect. Definitely recommend!

This has been a good purchase. It has worked well. We have no complaints.

Love this product, so much so, this is my second unit. One is connected to solar and other to wired doorbell ,location. It works great with Alexa. Will be adding camera battery pro soon.

We love this ring camera. I do wish the battery would last a bit longer before you have to charge it but overall it’s really good. My husband and I spent 5 days drilling into brick to mount it which was the most frustrating part but set up was completely easy.

I am enjoying my Ring battery doorbell plus. The camera gives me a great view of my patio and I always know when someone is at my door.

I love the Ring camera, it’s working well for me! No issues thus far, I have it both hardwired and filled with batteries (just in case). Only thing is the additional subscription plan you have to sign up for but when it comes to security, they have loads of options.

This Ring Doorbell surpassed my expectations for being useful and the view has a range that is phenomenal! I like how the sensor can be adjusted to detect passing vehicles and since this doorbell is battery changeable, it is safer than the wired models.

This doorbell is excellent and very easy to install.
