Love this, we can see who is at the door without going downstairs. We can speak to them the app. Works great with Alexa as the chime too, but app notifications are the best

I’ve been using Ring doorbell for years. No issues they are reliable and last a long time. Works good winter also. Have never had issues. I bought this one cause I moved to new house and left the old one there.

It is what it is. Usually not close enough to see an actual persons face which is disappointing. From what I've sceen of others this is par for the course. I get an alert when someone walks by. By the time I turn, and I'm sitting right by my front picture window, and look they're 3 houses down. :( Seems to be functioning OK

Upgraded from the doorbell 2 love the wide angle lens. Video quality is much better. Not sure if worth the upgrade with anyone with a doorbell 4.

My old ring wasn’t working and the screen was black, I gave in after a few years and bought a new one. I love the newer version so much and it’s easy to charge the battery.
