We live in a gated community so we get very few people coming to our door. With my Ring Doorbell I am confident that I will always be able to monitor our patio/front door area and be alerted when we have someone at the door.

The mount to the doorframe, however, was extremely difficult to screw on. It took about 3 handymen to figure out how to get it on properly. But after it was put on, it was fine, and the battery is super easy to charge with this model.

The actual item works great, and the app is easy to use. It also has an included corner kit which I used and was perfect for my setup. Love the Ring products.

However, it does give a clear notification of someone at the door as well as a good video of them.

Excellent upgrade from Ring Doorbell 4.

Night vision performs better and is less grainy, color pre roll and automated doorbell responses were the best selling points for me.

Charge last weeks, but would buy a secondary battery for backup.

It also alerts you whenever there is a package available which is very convinient. The pixel's on this doorbell are phenomenal! It's a must have doorbell camera.

I positioned her older ring doorbell on the side for a full view.

Setting up the wifi connection was a snap. Hanging it on the house was not. It did not come with the plate to hang it. Only after purchase and opening the box, did I learn I needed to seperatly purchase it. The instructions to hang were poor. It's for that reason, I gave it four stars.

The Ring Battery Doorbell Plus s designed to be mounted directly on a the wall if no adjustment to the angle is needed. Included in the box you will find a Ring Wedge Mount that can be used to adjust the view of the device according to your needs.
