Poor product for Apartments

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wifi feature does not hold connection even though the wifi antenna is within 10 feet of door entry. I'm not sure if the issue is the front door is metal, but the app sees and connects to wifi, but then disconnects. Poor customer support. Returned to Best Buy the same day. I don't have time to fix Rings issues.
