Works great gives me a peace while at work that no one will steal my packages you can scare them away with a prerecorded message lol bought an anti theft door hanger from Amazon so you simply put it in the anti theft doorbell mount that’s it that easy .

I had to buy a hammer drill to install it. But It’s worth it. Just to be able to see who is coming to your door. Is a great thing. Makes you feel better when you’re away also.

I bought two of these and the install/functionality are top notch. Despite a few hiccups when installing a second, you'll have a short drop of the initial/1st ring. It works itself out, likely due to using the Chime Pro.. no issues after that though.

It is what it is. Usually not close enough to see an actual persons face which is disappointing. From what I've sceen of others this is par for the course. I get an alert when someone walks by. By the time I turn, and I'm sitting right by my front picture window, and look they're 3 houses down. :( Seems to be functioning OK

Easy to install. Integrates easily with Alexa and was easy to set up viewing on TV.

Our first ring doorbell was good but does not have the camera quality this one has and the removable battery is a lot better than having to recharge the whole unit. Definitely glad we made this purchase.

Great tool for my house. I recently moved out of a city apartment and into the suburbs. Great to monitor my packages and talk to folks when I am not home. It also helped a neighbor find their lost cat when it showed up on my front porch!

This Ring doorbell is perfect for my needs. We live in a gated community so we get very few people coming to our door. With my Ring Doorbell I am confident that I will always be able to monitor our patio/front door area and be alerted when we have someone at the door.

I LOVE MY "RING DOORBELL"!! THE "GEEK SQUAD" IS PRICELESS!! THEY SPENT (15) MINUTES INSTALLING IT AND (45) MINUTES MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING WORKED AND I WAS ALL SET UP WITH THE SOFTWARE TO ATTACH MY PHONE AND MY "ALEXA" SCREEN IN MY KITCHEN! I TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE!!

The bump up in resolution is nice along with the wider field of view make this a nice upgrade from the ring doorbell 4. Night vision performs better and is less grainy, color pre roll and automated doorbell responses were the best selling points for me.

Just as described, all features work well in app. Being battery operated, the few seconds before motion feature not being part of it (only wired) sucks, but it still detects motion very quick. Charge last weeks, but would buy a secondary battery for backup.

Awesome product, but the instructions can be a bit confusing. The actual item works great, and the app is easy to use. It also has an included corner kit which I used and was perfect for my setup. Love the Ring products.

What I love about this ring doorbell camera is the head to toe view which allows me to get a pretty good overall view. It also alerts you whenever there is a package available which is very convinient. The pixel's on this doorbell are phenomenal! It's a must have doorbell camera.
