I have not it long enough to make other comments yet. I wish that the battery would last 2 months before requiring a recharge.

She went to check with her supervisor to see if the total tech team would install it and help me get it set up and look to see if I needed anything else free of charge since I am a total tech member. The day they were to come out they called and said we do not do that nor look around (he was calling from Austin). I was very disappointed in this service. It seemed as if he did not want to drive from Austin or even do it. Since the supervisor said they would do it they should call me back and come do it. Have not had a chance to try to install or set it up. Best Buy Total Tech should do this as I was told from the salesperson's supervisor.

Installation instructions had to be downloaded but I YouTubed it. Pretty simple to install. I wish I knew in advance that I needed to purchase a chime for my doorbell.
