Pretty cool device. I live in an apartment so I had to silence the motion alerts because there is frequently someone passing by my doorway. But after having a package stolen when I was out of town I like the piece of mind the Ring provides. It's really easy to remove the battery for charging and it doesn't take long with a fast charging plug (2 hours). I accidentally bought a 2nd generation for my other home and it's more tedious to charge because you have to remove the whole doorbell. Zooming in and out on recorded clips is very nice as well and the camer itself is good quality.

Great! Added this doorbell with security camera for my Mom's house. Peace of mind and reliable. Long battery life so far. Have charged about once a month since installing 2 months ago. She has ATT 4G home Internet, and no issues viewing her camera remotely. I've had the Pro model in my home along with the Ring security system for over 3 years. Very happy with all Ring cameras and security systems.

Great picture quality, easy to setup. Battery is kinda tough to get in and out but definitely worth the money. Recommend buying an extra battery to keep charged so you can swap them out instead of charging and having down time without camera and doorbell

The ring doorbell is incredible! I wanted a little more piece of mind and to be notified about packages being left on my porch and the ring doorbell delivers! Installation took less than 30 minutes with easy to read instructions. The app is very user friendly and you have a wide variety of settings to adjust to your needs! If you’re on the fence, just buy it!

Easy to setup and picture/video is very clear. Playback is easy and nighttime taping is even clear. Very trustworthy and reliable. Works well with other Ring cameras.

Sometimes disconnects from wifi when wifi is functioning and working. Easy install, easy app navigation. requires a membership to have continued use, which is annoying.

Great value! Easy to install. If you live in a cold region be sure to get the trickle charger! It works great and has kept the battery at 85% or better! The charger needs to be matched to device for compatibility, so make sure you know the Ring model, you don't have to buy from ring and other vendors have longer cords for plug in.
