It sounds like the device is not operating as expected. Ring Spotlights are part of the Smart Lights line of products that strengthens your Ring of Security while illuminating your home and property. The Smart Lights Spotlight is an ultra-bright motion-sensing smart spotlight with a single-beam. It's battery-powered for easy no-wiring installation in hard to reach places such as trees and dark corners and illuminates key areas with ease. The Smart Lighting Spotlight was designed with a brightness slider to allow you to adjust the light according to your needs.
To adjust the brightness on your light, please follow these steps in the Ring app:
Tap on the Light panel at the top of the app page Dashboard.
Tap on the Light Group with the Ring device.
Tap on the Smart Lighting Spotlight.
Move the Brightness Slider right or left to increase or decrease the brightness.
