Great way to chime your ring throughout the house.

Does exactly what it says it will do. Great for extending range. Works as described.

Love that it has the night light built in. Good range from wi-fi router.

We’d had a Ring Doorbell for several years, and didn’t have a WiFi extender. When we got a replacement Ring Doorbell Plus, it couldn’t find our WiFi signal, so Ring customer support advised a Chime was required to act as a WiFi extender. We turned the light and chime audio off. So, it seems to work fine as a WiFi extender.

Good product Easy to use, economical readily available

This thing has been great. For some reason our ring doorbell stopped communicating with our downstairs ringer and only rang upstairs. Plugged this in and in a few short moments all was good. The night light is perfect and the different sound options, while not something I care too much about, is something some may enjoy. Overall, haven't had any issues with this product and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to fuss with wiring to figure out why their ringer isn't working.

I had an first generation of the Chime pro. I had it placed right on the other side of the wall from my 1st gen Ring. It kept dropping signal and also, for some reason, my wired Ring doorbell would not stay charged. I took a chance that this might work. It has worked perfectly. My doorbell stays at 100% (which it should because it is wired). And the Ring doorbell has not gone offline since I purchased this.

This product is basically plug and play. Easily connects to Ring doorbell and starts working quickly.

Fixed my connectivity issues immediately. Night light is a useful feature, also.

I love this Chime Pro. The network extender is great and the night light is a bonus.

Only time will tell as to how good this product will stand up over time. Product so far is better than the gen one is as far as features go. My reason for picking up the gen two was that my gen 1 died on me. it was pretty disappointing that a product that is truly plugged in and untouched, died on my in less that 3 years. I do hope this one lasts a lot longer. I do give it a 5 star for its current use and features. the night light and design is also a nice touch.

Easy to connect and love the different sound that I can change. Just wish I could make the dogs bark louder.

Does what it says. Added benefit is the nightlight for the kids and a range extender for the wifi.

Love the new slim model also has a night light and can choose your alerts and sounds and the volume!

Easy to install. I love the night light. Disappointed that it really does not extend the range as promised. The regular Door chime seems to be better at extending the range.

Love love love this new Chime Pro!!! Whenever I open any Ring motion alert I am immediately connected to the camera, even if I’m not in the house and hundreds of miles away. The old Chime Pro was never that responsive and was often “offline”. This All-new Ring Chime Pro is awesome. Makes me wonder how I lived the old non-functioning Chime Pro for so long.

Purchased the ring chime pro because I had a weak signal on one of my stick up cams. It was relatively easy to set up although you do have to redo the complete camera setup. My home WiFi was automatically trying to take control of the camera and it took 3 resets before my camera synced with the ring chime pro. Once the camera synced I did get a better WiFi connection. Also has a nice led night light and it also sounds whatever alarms you setup on the camera setting when your camera senses motion. The Chime pro does work as advertised in my situation and am happy with the purchase.
