A must have for your Ring doorbell. I purchased 2 of these and now I know throughout the house when someone is at the front door. Easy to set up, loud, super convenient. Improves Wi-Fi reception to the doorbell.

I originally wired my home 35 years ago with a Nutone intercom system with a chime module in the base station. A Ring doorbell can be connected to a Nutone intercom, but with great difficulty and expense. This is not a DIY project and most electricians would not even want to tackle it, and not worth pursuing with a 35 year old intercom system. I had never installed a traditional wired chime and push button, so this was quicker, cleaner and less expensive to use my new Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus with 2 Ring Chime Pros. I have a two story house, so one was installed centrally on each floor. RSSI rating for downstairs chime is 44, and for upstairs chime (which is nearer my WiFi router) is 31 (lower the better). Very satisfactory ratings and system has functioned well. Setup took a while, but with the help of a Ring and a YouTube video, it all came together. I would definitely recommend the Ring Chime Pro, especially for those with situations like mine.

This ring chime is a great way to ensure I know someone rings my doorbell. My phone is always muted and not always next to me so this ensures I get a notification sound. Built in night light and you can customize the chimes.

Good for two-story home if you need to hear it over the rooms. Or you can run through Alexa But this did save me a couple time from missing appointments or guess

I had an issue with my Ring flood light cam and the chime pro was able to connect the device to my wi-fi. It has a nice night light and different chime tones. I was thinking of getting a wi-fi extender but this chime pro did the job.

Hard to get this to connect to our home wifi. After nearly an hour, I finally gave in and contacted their customer service. We had to connect it to our mobile hotspot initially and then were able to switch over to our home wifi. Such a pain to set up something that should be so simple. However it has worked fine since then and gives us more range for our video doorbell.

I bought this from marine cameras in my ring devices. It works great extends to ring wife five to further better my coverage.

A must have to pair with your ring cam. Easily adjust volume and tone with the app!

Sometimes a little tricky to get paired with your setup, but flexible enough once in the system to only have it ring for specific devices. 1000% better than the old models with the side antenna.

Great little unit! Easy to use and install. Wish it was a little louder though. A volume control would be a great addition!

The Ring Chime Pro works out very well for my upstairs / downstairs home. It has great connectivity with the upstairs door bell, and actually allows WiFi connections for streaming TVs and receiver, where we had to use power outlet data streaming at a lower rate.

Just plug in and connect to your network. I put it up stairs and now I hear the door bell when someone rings on the Ring network and it also has a night light

Good: -Thoughtful design and formfactor. -Nightlight feature is nice. -Network-connectivity/device status LED is nicely done. -Simple app/platform design that makes it easy to add this chime device to an existing or new Ring account via the phone app. Could Be Better: -Directionality of speaker element means that the doorbell sounds and alerts may not travel well to adjacent rooms or floors. -Max volume level of speaker element is poor. If you have multiple floors, or a wide floorplan, you will need multiple Ring Chime devices to get proper coverage and more audible announcements of notifications or alerts. -Ring includes "subtle but still there" ads for their other products and services in their phone app. I haven't found a way to permanently disable them.

I bought this ring charm for my father-in-law and install it for him it’s really slick in design and it looks really great and sounds good I have two other ring charm at my home might get a older model this one looks really nice and slick without the antennas

Works great and even though I don’t get many visitors to ring my doorbell it works great and I would recommend it’s purchase. It is easy to install and use.

The chime pro works very well easy to set up hopefully it helps
