Easy to setup and works pretty seamlessly. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because Id like an option to rotate the plug 90 degrees so I can orient the night light towards the ground

Had this on a different wifi network than the doorbell and it worked fine. Provides remote ring notification in basement.

Is as big as the electrical outlet it's plugged into. Extends my wifi very well for things in my living room. Night light is nice to have for late night trips to wherever. I think there is a problem with picking up the door bells. I don't always hear it but my cell phone rings so I know someone is at the door.

Having a solid connection ensures you do not miss any activity around your home. We are here to provide you with some information to resolve the issue you mentioned in your review.
It sounds like you are experiencing issues with the device in regards to notification. Even with your Chime Pro, your router is still your main source of connection for your Ring device. Ideally, the maximum distance between the router and your device is 20-25 feet with the Chime Pro about halfway between the Ring device and your router. If possible, try moving the router closer to the device. Also, make sure your router is not in a closet or behind furniture, like a sofa, so the router has an unobstructed signal.

Improved my Ring Doorbell 100%

The wifi was always weak before I added the chime,now it's strong, at night i can hear the chime and be alerted when or if someone is at my front door without getting every motion alert on the Ring app.Its been helpful if I'm busy in the garage, cooking or not holding my cellphone. The Chime alert is also customizable for sounds.

Great at extending WiFi to Ring Doorbell

The main reason I upgraded was to extend the WiFi range to my ring, which this did the trick better than a regular WiFi extender!!!
