It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. It’s important to make sure that your Ring Chime Pro is placed within an acceptable Wi-Fi range. If your Chime Pro is too far from your router, or if there are walls or large objects blocking the signal, the connection may become unstable and require resets. Placing it closer to your router or in an area with fewer obstructions can help ensure a more reliable performance.
