Ring products are very user friendly and high quality

Love the Chime Pro. It definitely helps with poor wifi connection.

It works great with the Ring door bell, Amazon Key and Schlage Encode door lock. Really easy to install, just plugs into the wall and we set it up as an automatic nightlight. It is not terribly loud, but it definitely can be heard in a quiet house, which works for us.

Call Ring to find out what product I needed because my outside cam would work sparatically and said to get the Chime and would extend wifi outside. Plugged it in our gatage and now the camera outaide is working so much better. Great product

Had a Ring Doorbell at the front door that had spotty Wi-Fi connectivity because the FIOS router was too far away in a back bedroom. So I decided to give the Chime Pro a try. Setup was a breeze - the Ring App walked me through everything, and once complete, saw immediate improvement in signal strength. Having the chimes sound off in the house also helps if your cell phone/tablet isn't near you, and the night light adds a nice touch.

Love my ring doorbell. I have one in the family room and another in our hallway. Now I can hear when people ring my doorbell.

The Ring Chime Pro extended the coverage of the wifi to improve the performance of my Ring doorbell. It was easy to setup and the variety of chimes, including seasonal ring tones, was an added plus. The night light is helpful in the location where it is installed. Definitely a much needed accessory.

The Ring Chime Pro 2nd generation was an easy set up so I can expand my Ring network for my doorbells throughout the house as well as adding the required 5G. The nightlight was also a great add on feature. These were a big upgrade from the old Ring Chime Pros - 1st generation that only offered 2G and had no nightlight.

Had to replace my original chime which just stopped working. This is a nice replacement unit for two reasons. First, it has a night light which I didn't think I needed but I plugged it into a plug near a step in my living room and its handy and safer with the automatic night light. Second, this unit has its own wireless network which can connect to the ring doorbell and give you a stronger signal which I needed to save battery power (I have a battery powered ring)_. Signal went from 60 to mid to low 40's. (Lower is better). Mission accomplished.

Or Wi-Fi to our Ring doorbell button was weak because of going through so many walls and bulky furniture. We purchased the Ring Chine Pro to boost the signal. It did it's job and now the doorbell works. As a bonus it also provided a night light and an in-house tone for the door bell. We are very satisfied with the product and will recommend to our friends.

I purchased the Ring Chime Pro with my Ring Video Doorbell Pro2 and it was quite easy to set up and link. Highly recommend purchasing the Chime Pro. The sound quality is very good an easy to sync to the Ring app.

we were told this was needed to use our ring doorbell which was not true but because I am hard of hearing and cannot hear our doorbell most of the time I found a tone that I could hear well. It also helped when we could not get a signal on our back outdoor camera by moving it in line with both the camera and our router as the camera was blocked by our fireplace

This product helps to extend my ring doorbell in different parts of the house. I got it=, because my mom is hard of hearing and this helps her a lot to hear the door bell in her room. It is easy to set up and I have never had a problem with it.

Super easy to set up! The sound on the chime is loud enough to be heard upstairs. The night light on the chime is a plus! It’s bright enough to be seen but not too bright to where it’s disturbing.

This product was designed for a purpose and lived up to the expectation as advertised for the longest time I was having connectivity issues with my ring doorbell, constantly getting a weak signal. I was left scratching my head as to why I had a whole home WiFi network and my access point was within 7-8 ft of the doorbell, as soon as I setup the ring pro version II all the problems went away and the system is running prefect no more issues.

It works good, easy to install, and loud enough for the entire 2nd floor of the home.

Does exactly as it states. Placed it within close proximity of my ring cameras and now thw wifi reaches. It also now plays the door bell sound. As a bonus, it has a built in night light that illuminates the hallway at night.

Our 1st Generation Ring Chime Pro no longer worked after several years faithful service. This replacement was easy-peasy to install/setup following the in-app directions. It's much slimmer than it's predecessor and the added "automatic nightlight" is an added and unexpected bonus!
