I was having issues with my 2nd generation Ring doorbell having a strong enough connection to my wifi (per the Ring software). I would consistently try and connect to the doorbell via phone apps, and I was getting a message that the connection was not strong enough. I placed this on an outlet closest to my front door to be effective. I haven't had those dropped connection warnings, but the connection does still vary in quality/connection. The Ring doorbell is definitely more reliable with this in addition.

This ring chime i picked up with the ring 3 battery powered doorbell. It works great to hear a ring inside when people press the ring camera doorbell button because we dont have it hooked up to our home chime system. It is also great because we have it set up to give us a notification when there is movement outside our front door!

Great product, easy to assemble, quality sound, will recommend it.

Fairly easy to set up. Just wish the chime could be louder. Wouldnt mind having the ability to download custom ring tones.

It was a really great product and was really excited to use it !, unfortunately after long hours of troubleshooting, my internet provider said my communities wifi is not enabling the product to work on my wifi.

It works perfectly, and was easy to set up. I like the nightlight feature!

The Ring Chime Pro is essential to improve video signal if you are a large distance from your Ring base and router. Without the Chime Pro, my doorbell video signal was glitchy. But it has resolved itself after installing the Chime Pro.
