A lot easier to set up as well. I only wish that it was a bit louder. But it is better than having a lagging ring from the old doorbell.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this due to my RING doorbell not working with my chime for the house so I bought the Ring Chime and although it does work all but one of the chimes were extremely Quiet and hard to hear. Overall this is good if you live in a tiny house or apartment but in a decent size house it may be to low to hear.

We understand how critical it is to be able to hear notifications of any visitors at your home. The Ring Chime was designed to notify you of doorbell dings and motion alerts, so you know if someone is at your home even if you are not near your phone. We would love to work with you to address your concerns.
It sounds like you are having some trouble with the volume of your Ring Chime. With the Ring Chime, you have the option to change and customize the chime tones as well as the volume for alerts and notifications. Follow these steps to adjust the volume on your Ring Chime using the Ring app:
Tap on the menu (☰).
Tap Devices.
Select your Chime.
Tap Audio Settings.
Tap Chime Tones.
Adjust the volume sliders under Rings and Motion.

The Home network has recognized it as it, and all other associated Ring devices were daisy chained for max coverage.
