This model is much improved over the previous version, It is thinner and looks more modern. The connection is also more reliable, with the old model I would have to reset it by unplugging it every so often. The light can also be turned off, I found it too bright.

Our ring doorbell was not ringing inside the house. We bought this and it works great. I love that I can change the chimes - Gobble, gobble for Thanksgiving and now Santa’s Ho Ho HO!

My grandmother has a Ring doorbell, but often didn't hear the notifications on her phone that someone was at the door. The Ring Chime solved that problem and does what it's supposed to, as she can hear the chime.

Simple easy to connect and works great we live in a 2k square foot house and we have it in the kitchen so we can hear it thru out the house u can also adjust the volume and chimes very very nice and highly recommend

Product does exactly what its told it does. You can customize it through the ring app to notify you for both movement and when your doorbell is rung or just one or the other

Very easy to install and a great addition to the Ring products in our home. Its great to have a doorbell without having to be near your phone. Helpful for whole family to know when someone is at the door.

Bought this to go with the Ring Doorbell that we bought for my mother-in-law. She didn't have an existing wired doorbell at her house, and she has a habit of having her phone on silent, so she would not hear the notification if someone was at her door. Easy to pair with your Ring account.

It works well. We immediately know who is at our front door.

can hear ring for door bell, also chime noise for motion detected. loud enough to hear thru house. I did not have a door at that location , no electrical hook up. bought wireless door bell camera and chime.

My old chime basically went down and couldn’t be fixed. Ran out to get a new one, and this was the model available. Easy setup, and good quality ring.
