Works well with the ring doorbell and has loud chime

Loving it! It works exactly like it should. And I love that you can pick the song/chime yourself. So at the moment we have a Christmas type of chime when the doorbell rings.

I forgot i bought this thing and set it up at home. It doesnt do much other than play the doorbell notification. Im going to see if i can return it.

I've been using it for a couple of weeks along with a doorbell video that I bought, and I can say that it fulfills its function has a pretty good volume, has different sound for motion notifications and also when someone presses the doorbell button, has several sounds to customize to your liking, is small and compact and does not hinder the other outlet

I didn’t think I needed the Ring Chime at first — but now that I have it, I can’t imagine not using it. If you have a Ring Doorbell, this little device is a must-have. Setup took literally 2 minutes — plug it into any outlet, connect it through the Ring app, and boom, it’s ready. Now when someone rings the doorbell or triggers motion, I hear a loud, clear chime inside, even if my phone isn’t nearby. Perfect for bigger homes or if you don't always carry your phone around. The volume is adjustable (which I love), and you can even pick different tones to match your vibe. Plus, it looks clean and simple — just blends right into the wall without being ugly or bulky. Honestly, for the price, it’s a small but powerful upgrade to the whole Ring system. Super happy with it!

Super east set up. i can able to connect to my WIFI in seconds. Sound is loud and clear. Definitely worth the buy

works flawlessly, the setup also was pretty easy. the sound is loud, and can be controlled by the app. it has a very small profile, easy to hide it in the living room behind furniture! The ring tone is selectable also.

The Ring Chime works really well and was super easy to set up. I love being able to hear alerts anywhere in the house without checking my phone. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the volume could be a little louder, especially for larger homes. Overall, a solid addition to my Ring setup!

When i purchased the speaker i was optimistic, but i love the volume and the sound. It gives me plenty of clarity and it can be heard through the house, it works well with my ring doorbell and wirh my camera in the garage. I would say if you deires accurate notifications then its a must have

Great! I’m chair bound after an hip injury and our Ring doorbell is very, very handy. Our tech savvy grand daughter set it up for us. Don’t know how we ever got along without it.

Honestly, the Ring Chime is pretty clutch if you’ve already got a Ring doorbell. Super easy to set up, just plug it in and boom—instant doorbell vibes anywhere in your house. The chime tones are kinda fun, and you can tweak the volume so it’s not screaming at you. Only downside? It can be a little slow to alert if your Wi-Fi’s acting up. Not a dealbreaker, but kinda annoying.

I purchased a Ring hardwired doorbell previously and all was well. Then my 20 year old chime stopped working. I was able to pick up a new Ring chime the same day from Best Buy in Orland Park. The installation and set-up was so simple. Plug the chime in and us the app to complete the installation. I really liked the many chime options too. Everything works very well and I'm very happy with the new chime.

Overall is a good doorbell alerting system. Had to purchase when installing the ring doorbell camera the physical doorbell already installed in the house was an older model and did not connect with the ring doorbell, hence having to also purchase the chime. Chime, for the most part was easy to install, mostly had to make sure that it connected with the ring account and was on the same homepage with the ring doorbell and other products. Did like that you can have the chime to alert you not only when people ring the doorbell, but when motion is detected at the doorbell; we did not choose that feature, but that is a nice option. Also liked that there are multiple sounds to choose from and you can Pick some thing that fits your taste or is pleasing to the ear as well as volume. Was happy the Best Buy technician was able to direct me to this more basic model instead of the more expensive one indicating that as long as you have a good Wi-Fi connection. The basic model is all you need . Giving four out of five stars for some of the hassle of trying to get it linked up to the ring system and the expense of having to buy some thing new to go along with the ring doorbell camera, as well as if somebody rings the doorbell it will not make the sound again, even if they press the button until the ring doorbell has stopped filming and pauses to allow you to ring it again.
