A surprisingly good workout while you play a video game. Win win!

It has definitely been kicking my butt; however, it is very easy to adjust the difficulty based on how i am feeling for the day or if i want to do something more challenging if i want to push myself. It is definitely fun motivator to exercise.

Its a lot of fun and has a lot of potential for future games. I love it as a dad and my kids do ti!

I haven't been one to work out in a while so this is a great way to start! If you love video games and you hate working out, then this is the way to go! It's honestly a great little workout and definitely gets the blood flowing. I had no problem working up a little sweat while also trying to defeat the monster in this game. They also have fun side games where you can just work out while also playing games. Definitely recommend!

I've been using Ring Fit Adventure every other day since it launched, and though I haven't built much muscle, I've definitely improved my cardio. The ring doesn't have different settings itself, but it's flexible enough to accommodate different strength levels. The story isn't very exciting, but the presentation is very cute and colorful. Definitely recommend this if you're looking for a way to distract yourself while working out.

This is a wonderful product if you wish to have an easy way of working out at home. Most people feel as though they need to sink in hundreds of dollars on weights or other exercise equipment when they first start off working out, but something as simple as this is a perfect way to begin your exercising adventure without the expensive costs. I would recommend this product immensely.

I’m gonna start off the review saying I hate going to the gym and usually avoid exercise in general except for mild-paced walks. With Covid-19, this is the best way to exercise indoors. There's different types of exercises that focus on the arms, abdomen, legs... bound to make you sweat but it’s actually FUN while you do. It’s quite entertaining for the whole family—even for those who usually don’t play games.

Innovative idea makes player does exercise in a very different way, including abdominal.

Overall the product is good! we were skeptical if you can do exercise with a game, but we end up sweating like pigs. My wife love the game and is good option for the covid lock down for someone who never does any exercise.
