    I got this exercising video game for my sister and in a matter of 30 minutes she was breaking a sweat. The videos of how the game works are exactly what I expected when my sister started playing the video game. This is a great way for people who are beginners to the fitness world. Especially since she is a full time student and does not have the time to make it to a gym.

    This is genuinely a great way to stay in shape. I am in excellent shape, but cannot always get in the exercise that I want, and this fills that gap. It has difficulty levels for pretty much anyone that wants to lose fat, or gain some lean muscle.

    alot of fun options for short workouts and thae adventure game is great as well! its a game that both my 9yo and myself can play and not get tired of
