Good way to work out your muscles. It has a big variety of different workouts, activities and challenges. Became very addicted to beating my previous scores.

This is an excellent product a fun way to get fit and do your daily excersise I strongly recommend this product for anybody who gets bored of regular excersise

This is a game that's supposed to get you up and moving. It definitely fulfills that function! Combat is based on different exercises and it seems great so far!

The game is fun and the workouts can get really tough on higher difficulty. I think it does a good job of walking you through warm up, workouts, difficulty levels, and cool down.
