A great way to exercise without thinking you’re exercising! Makes me feel like I’m doing the wii sports again!

This is an awesome game! Love the adventure mode and being able to do a variety of exercises in a fun a way!!

I've done some of the jogs and exercises but I am still on novice. The exercises are fun but I am excited to ramp up from novice soon. I just started exercising so this is a workout for me. I don't think a very athletic person would think this was a workout though.

Kids love games like these and requires them to move a little, healthy during times of being home a lot

I have only played this a couple of times. I've got a bum ankle which makes playing it difficult since you have to run in place throughout the game. I've tried using a bike instead but haven't gotten it to read my movements correctly. I will keep trying since it really does seem like a decent game.

I like how you do not have to do adventure, and I can focus on specific marts of the body, and also the mini-games.
