It’s durable and easy to use for most ages, I’ve had it for a few weeks now and I haven’t ran into an issue

Of all exercise games I’ve seen or played, this was my favorite. Good response from controller. Creative adventure & certainly challenging. Unfortunately for me, I injured my meniscus running in place. So be careful, warm-up & stretch well before using.

This may not replace your gym membership, but it definitely gets you moving and will raise your heart rate!

Gave this to my wife as a gift. She loves it and my son too. Keep them active while playing together.

if you're pretty honest with the setup during the beginning its actually pretty tiring during the sessions

Easy to set up, adjustable intensity to cover a very wide range of fitness levels, and interactive levels to make exercising “fun”. However, the levels/combat get a little repetitive, so the novelty wears off quickly. Overall, it’s an effective game.

A good cardio and decent resistance training. Definitely helps feeling like a video game while working out.

It is exhausting, but the game makes exercise fun!
