    I got this for my daughter who needs to move around more but hates exercising. This was a great way to get her active without the complaining. I especially recommend it to young people who spend a lot of time gaming as a way of getting their physical fitness in daily.

    I purchased this for my 30 year old daughter who is a die hard fitness work out guru but she didn't find it challenging enough. It is basic and not as fun as really getting out there and exercising. I might end up keeping it to use myself.
