    Excellent, for an at home workout. While the gyms are closed this has been my main source of cardio.

    The game is a great experience at any fitness level. The resistance ring and leg band function better than they look.

    Overall they start you off at your comfort level if your not into jogging they have you squat. Love this!

    My son seems to like the game, but he isn’t hooked the way he is to his other games. The game is on the right track, but I wouldn’t put too much faith in this making up for actual outdoor play. It’s great for a rainy day, but not enough to make it a go to toy/game.
