I am in fairly good shape and after about 30 minutes playing this game I got a decent workout. The game's graphics and story are not great but it will help you get into better shape. Mini games are fun and you can compete with friends for high scores. However, I hope they update the game so you can at least play the mini games with two players at the same time even if it will require a second ring accessory. Then I will definitely give this game 5 stars.

This little game is not really a game at all. It is a full blown workout that wears you out just as much as a treadmill and is fun to boot! Must have for fitness fanatics who own the switch!

Its definitely a way to get a little lean. The game has plenty of options to ease you into a routine and you can ramp it up as time goes on. Good story mode as well as quick modes so you can customize your workout as needed.

A little cheesy, but it's a fun game that encourages you to get up and moving. You can play with the intensity to make it harder or go a little easy, depending on what you want/need that day.

This is a wonderful product. My 13-yr-old loves it, and it gets him to exercise during the cold winter months. Includes strength training and cardio. Better than Wii fit. I highly recommend this. Worth the price.

My older Kids were very excited to get this game for Christmas. They had heard good things about it and it looked like fun when they played it today. It looks like they will continue to enjoy it!

This is a great tool to utilize for basic workout routines! Nintendo has seriously blown me away with the quality in this product. If anyone says you can’t get fit and have fun just show them this title!

This system actually adds fitness to your day and the whole family enjoys it. With the kids being at home for school and lots of rainy days lately, this is a pretty wonderful substitute for PE.

Fun way to keep fit during this pandemic. I was impressed, did not expect it to be adventurous and fun at the same time! And yes, if you take it seriously, it will make you lose a few pounds!

Never had so much fun working up a sweat! This game makes me excited to workout, the ring is durable and even though my joycons both have major stick drift, it doesn’t effect the gameplay!

Had SO much fun playing! It is quite the work out. I was sore in my thighs the next day from all the squats. This game is no joke you are tricked to work out HARD! Please give it a try.

My family and I love this game. All the workout really keeps your heart pumping but in a fun way. It truly gives you a great entertaining workout at home!! Highly recommend this game :)

My son (9) loves it! My mother who recently had a stroke sits with him and adapts the exercises for her physical therapy.

Best video game purchase I have ever made. My son is actually spending quality time exercising. A video game that requires exercise movements to progress through through the game. Genius!

I'm yet to try out all the modes, but upon playing it for a few days, I love it! It makes working out so much more fun. I will certainly stick with it and probably encourage other family members to try it.

The pandemic made it difficult to stay active. So we bought this and it was a great way to keep exercising while also feeling like you were playing a game. Love this!

I felt the burn right after playing a mini-game. Was so excited I played for ten minutes before I had to work :) WORTH IT! Cant wait to start really playing. Doesnt feel like exercise.. feels like a game
