For an in-home exercise thing if you don't have exercise equipment, I think this is pretty nice. It was hard to get when I got it, and you can't really get it digital since it requires the ring thing, which is kind of a bummer. But it does keep things fairly interesting, more so than workout videos or something like that. I would say that there's a lot of running in place, including where you have to lift your knees high, and some getting down on the floor and back up, so it may not be the best for someone who has knee issues or is extremely overweight. I would say it's kind of a mid-range workout. It's probably not going to be enough for someone who's used to working out hard at the gym every day, but it might be too intense (with some of the high knee raises and such) for someone who's very out of shape or overweight. I also don't care for how it only tracks time where you're actively moving, so you can work out for 45 minutes and it'll only show like 10 or 20 minutes (I don't remember the specific ratio) on the timer. Which makes it feel like you haven't done very much, which can be discouraging.

A fun and easy way to work out with a suprising amount of different workouts. You can select your target area and set up your level of resistance. It is alot of fun.

My wife and my daughter loves it. According to my wife, it really helps here exercising certain areas of her muscles that she doesn’t get to.

This is great for using on the go as its small and portable like the console it goes with. Great to stay active workout in a hotel if you travel a lot.

This game is a lot of fun. I’m usually sweaty by the end of playing a couple of levels. My 70 year old mother also enjoys playing this game. Fun for the whole family

I bought this since I had heard good things about this game and I must say this is the right steps towards making exercise games more engaging. Highly recommended.

This game is a great way to get some exercise at home. You'll work up a sweat in no time if you really push yourself. The exercises really give you a work out.

I thought it'd be a total gimmick, but bought it to get the kids more active. It gives you a nice little workout and the game is pretty cool.

Very good for what it does. I was skeptical and passed on this game during the pandemic. But this is genuinely a great addition to regular gym-going. The exercises can be brutally difficult or you can set it easier depending on your preferences. The production value is solid and the controllers are very robust and quite accurate.

My fiancé loves this!! She works out day to day and says it really feels like she's in the gym with a personal trainer. If she's for it. I'm for it.

This game will push you to your limits and you'll have fun at the same time. The Ring-Con is sturdy and can take a lot of abuse with no sign of wear.

This is Legit. A decent workout for a video game. Recently had surgery so starting slow and this product is helping.

Ring Fit is a great game to get you up and moving while still having fun! I definitely got a good workout from playing this. The adventure storyline is a bit cheesy, but the workouts a good. I also enjoyed the mini games and the options to select workouts to target certain muscles. Definite must have if you want a good workout.
