I don't use it as often as I like due to lack of time, but when I do I work up a sweat! You can change to intensity to fit your level

I bought this for my son, who just loves it! We wanted a way for him to get exercise, and this succeeded beyond our expectations.

This is a good workout. I thought this wouldn’t provide a great workout but I’m actually feeling very tired after this.

I recommend doing some pre workout before getting into the game or you will die of a heart attack. Great workout otherwise.

You think this is a lame game but this really gets your heart pumping. If you can't go out because of fires, covid, stay in and play this!

It’s a very fun game. It’s great to get a little workout indoors while Covid or the cold are keeping you in.

This game is actually quite in depth compared to what I expected. There are three modes really. An adventure mode, rhythm game, and free play. I personally enjoy the adventure mode because I feel like I am working to beating the enemies. There are also so much more exercises than I expected and I'm quite excited to continue with the game. Two quality of life things: 1) You can use the ring con offline and it can track your reps. 2) You can change between your switch's different accounts in the game.

Fun for the whole family, this game got everyone exercising without realizing it. It is actually pretty challenging.

This is way better than I thought it was going to be. It's very well thought out and expansive. You will really like how much fun it is to exercise
