It can get pretty intense if you haven't worked out. We love it! Highly recommend if you don't wanna hit the gym due to covid.

This is an excellent game and actually gets me to exercise. I usually have trouble getting motivated but this game makes it fun.

We got one of these for Christmas. I have some hilarious video of my 20 year old son playing the game and really getting into it. It will give you a serious workout. I thought he was going to knock the lights out in the garage below the family room floor, due to the amount of jogging in place he had to do. I'm not so sure the leg band is the best design. It kept falling down from off my wife's leg, but held up ok on my son. It still worked, but I'm not sure of the accuracy. They didn't seem to complain too much. Maybe it just takes getting used to.

I love this product . It works better than anticipated. I felt my muscles burmimg after playing with this . My 5yr old loves it also finds it fun..

The game is very entertaining. My daughter loves it and plays with it daily . Lots of exercise that’s very helpful and keeps the kids motivated .

This is so much fun. I don’t think I realized how out of shape I was until I bought this and it said to stretch being beginning. It’s a good way to stay active when you don’t typically enjoy working out. It’s positive affirmations after completing things really keeps you motivated to keep going My husband and my 2 oldest children had a good time as well and we all enjoyed trying to beat each others scores on the mini games
