    Good motivation for a workout during the day. It will definitely get you sweating once you start adventure mode. The Ring itself is like a resistance band. Would recommend especially if you aren't able to hit the gym.

    I was skeptical even after hearing rave reviews online and from friends, but this is as fun and productive of an accessory as I’ve ever purchased. Really fun for all ages. I’ve even purchased a couple extra as gifts.
