This game is great for any fitness level. You can tailor the difficulty and exercises(once you obtain enough in game) to suit your needs. You can work in short bursts or for as long you want with each session. It guide's you through each move with helpful tips, and you can go at your own pace so you don't feel rushed. I recommend giving this game a try. You won't regret it!

Surprisingly fun story mode revolves around a decent amount of activity (with plenty of modifications in the settings). Can build up quite a sweat while engaged in game play. Very enjoyable for the entire family.

If you think working out is a chore I highly recommend getting this game! Now I look forward to working out every time I play this. This is perfect for those just starting out as well as those who frequently work out. There are different modes you can play for quick workouts or if you're looking to target a specific area.

I thought it would be similar to a a temple Run game but it’s more fitness related. Don’t make the initial settings to hard. Kids won’t like it.

Don't be afraid to purchase just because it's an exercise game, or you think you might be out of shape. The game has lots of settings to customize it to your fitness level. If you don't want to exercise at all, you can turn on all of the assist settings and play the game just using the joy-cons. If you do want to perform the exercises, adjusting the difficulty also adjusts how many reps you need to perform for the exercises. As you progress through the game, you gain access to additional exercises. You can then swap in whichever exercises are easiest for you and perform them once if you want. The best part about this is the on-screen character showing you proper form which is the most important part when exercising.

Makes exercise fun. I got this for the wife to try out and I saw her having fun with it. Now we both are using it. Have different play settings and gets you active to exercise your arms, shoulders, chest, the entire body. Definitely recommend especially during covid, you can exercise at home.

Its a great pilates workout. Very strength based. I'm mixing this with fitness boxing and I find it a perfect balance to tone yourself. Its not the complete answer but it will kick your butt and burn a ton of calories. I read somewhere that someone using this for a year, still hasn't completely unlocked everything the game has to offer.

I got this exercising video game for my sister and in a matter of 30 minutes she was breaking a sweat. The videos of how the game works are exactly what I expected when my sister started playing the video game. This is a great way for people who are beginners to the fitness world. Especially since she is a full time student and does not have the time to make it to a gym.
