This is good for exercise and lots of games to enjoy.

I had tons of fun while getting sweaty. I think it's great for people who wants to get into exercising at home. I use it mainly for a good warm up sweat. The only thing that annoys me is when the one of the controller battery dies then the game won't let you navigate the menu until you charge and turn on the controller.

I've only been playing Ring Fit Adventure, but I already notice change in myself. My form has improved with some exercises, such as squats and chair pose, and I can do more reps each day. I am a gym rat, but this has been a nice way to supplement exercise as we navigate this pandemic. I highly recommend this game to anyone!
