I've done some of the jogs and exercises but I am still on novice. The exercises are fun but I am excited to ramp up from novice soon. I just started exercising so this is a workout for me. I don't think a very athletic person would think this was a workout though.

Kids love games like these and requires them to move a little, healthy during times of being home a lot

I have only played this a couple of times. I've got a bum ankle which makes playing it difficult since you have to run in place throughout the game. I've tried using a bike instead but haven't gotten it to read my movements correctly. I will keep trying since it really does seem like a decent game.

I bought the Nintendo Switch console for this game. Excellent device that can improve your workup at home experience!

I like how you do not have to do adventure, and I can focus on specific marts of the body, and also the mini-games.

Much like the wii-fit back in the day, this is the perfect evolution of games as fitness.

Great item to pickup during Quarantine times when working out at home is the go-to option. Easy and fun to use.

Some of the exercises may be tricky if you are not used to them but it feel like you got a legitimate workout after playing.
