I got this because I wanted a fun game that gave me another way to exercise and so far I love it.

One of the best games from my childhood. Great way to release stress and boredom

Fun game, but the game advertising was a bit misleading. You don’t really “battle” anything directly, You generate attacks by completing a set of exercise moves… Which isn’t nearly as much fun.

Really like this. Feels like fun as well as a good workout. Easily portable as well

I realized I don't like exercises that require watching a TV screen. Got bored of it pretty quick. But I do think it can be a great tool for others. You can do it from the comfort of your home. There are a variety of workouts. You can select witch exercises you want to use in case you want to focus or rest a specific muscle group. You'll definitely get a good workout if you go long enough; I'm not very athletic and felt a good burn. May be too easy for those further in their fitness journey.
