An excellent way to get my fellow nerds to sweat and see some gainz. While changing up my diet and playing Ring Fit everyday for around 30 minutes I've lost 20 pounds since November.

A good way to workout while having fun. There are modes to workout a variety in one session and modes to focus on specific body areas.

Im not really one for the gym, i get nervous and sometimes feels uncomfortable working out infront of others. This is perfect for working out at home or even for those who just dont have time to make it to the gym. Definitely can work out a sweat! And i love the stretching exercises before and the cool down feature after! It also tracks your heart rate for you if you want it too. Def. Recommend

I have spent so much time and money trying to get into online yoga classes that I finally gave up. Walking around the neighborhood is nice, but it gets old and I don't want to get Covid from walking by loudtalking squads of people who neglect to wear masks. So I came upon the Ring Fit. OMG. It's interactive, it's engaging, and it makes me sweat. It even has a feature where you can check your heartbeat after the workout to see how you did. You can also choose to do a warm up and a cool down to prevent injuries. This is fitness for the future at a fraction of the cost of a gym membership.

Great exercise. This game is adventurous with lots of high energy games. Great family fun. You will definitely get your daily exercise completed with this game.

Excelent game to make you move and do a littlw work. The "game style" excersise really feels like you are only playing a game with your body and make you do not think you are excersising. This is great cause it makes you want to be oñaying constantly without notice you are doing a fabor to your body. Of course this does not replace a full training but it is a start for those who want to start moving

My fiancé loves this game especially since we are getting married and he is wanting to use this to lose some weight for the wedding! Definitely makes you sore!

Fun game to play! Actually does make you sweat! Comes with the leg strap and ring. The ring actually gives more resistance than expected. Worth the purchase.

Works great. Does a great job of teaching you proper form and has a great amount of exercises. Highly recommend as a starting point at least for people interested in getting into shape.

I love this game. It gives me enough exercise to get my blood pressure up while i have fun. I wish the game was a little more complex but it’s still entertaining.

It's a fun game. You kind of forget that your exercising so the game reminds you to take a break. I was sore the next day so I know the exercising is working.

Great workout when you need some motivation. I don't even realize an hour has passed when using it and it does provide a work out if you do what it asks you to do!

So fun! actually got me to exercise consistently and I feel great. Really gamified movement and working out. Sometimes feel monotonous but generally I love it.

Much better than Wii Fit. It's a game that has fitness mechanics in mind. Solid art style with some challenging fitness and plenty of minigames and difficulty settings. Pick it up!

I bought this for my two grandson who are six and eight and they are having so much fun, they have me laughing out loud!
