I don't have much experience with exercise games, but Ring Fit Adventure was a wonderful experience. It provides a full body workout, it's fun, has nice graphics, and wonderful music. I've played this game for about a year now, although I do take breaks from time to time. The variety of exercises are spectacular and although the story isn't too special this game really gets you pumped up to workout.

The whole family enjoyed it so much during their visit that l bought 2 more to give away as Christmas gifts.

Ring has a pretty reasonable amount of resistance and it'll get your heart moving. Fun way to get a light workout.

The game is definitely a workout, but definitely more towards the kids realm
