This game gets you up and moving. It actually is a fun way to get up and exercise. You can't cheese your way through this game like you could with Wii games of a similar nature. If you don't do the exercise right your attacks won't do as much damage and you will lose. Great for people who want to get in better shape. Only flaw is the leg strap will slip off if tighten it enough.

My family and I really enjoy this game and the workouts are fun.

Nintendo did such an amazing job with this one. From the silly humor to the amazing exercises and simple RPG elements, it’s easy to have fun while staying in shape. It helped me actually want to exercise during the quarantine. The ring is also made very well and is as high quality as a normal tension ring you could buy. The extra price is worth it for that alone.

I splurge on McDonalds for a few days, then come back to this after I get fat.

It is great for exercise. It is perfect for every level of exercise.

This is an excellent way to get a full body at-home workout without spending a ton of money on equipment (assuming you already have a Nintendo Switch). The game helps to motivate you to workout and becomes more interesting as you unlock new exercises. There are some movements that the game is not good at tracking which can be frustrating at times but since you have the freedom to choose which exercises you do most of the time this can largely be avoided. The game allows you to adjust the difficulty level at any point if you need more or less of a challenge. Although, if you're looking for big muscle gains you'll probably want to look elsewhere as this will deliver results inline with body weight exercises.

Very great game to get you to workout your muscles. As someone who prefers to run, I was a little disappointed that it didn't have as much cardio integrated into the actual adventure mode. Nonetheless, there is mini-games and sets that focus on cardio. Would like to see more, but still a great game that's enjoyable and challenges you to use all your muscles during the gameplay.
