This game gets your heart rate going. I compared my heart rate from the Joy Cons to my Galaxy watch and they we almost the same.

This game is so cool. It actually makes you sweat as you work out. The adventures are fun to do . Been playing everyday since I got it.

Use it nearly everyday. Developed a lot of strength and have no more flabby arms like I used too! Love it!

Great motivation to work out. I got this because I heard good things about it. The adventure mode started ok but I got tired of it. I almost sold it but I tried out the custom mode where you can arrange different exercises with sets and reps. This is what got me hooked. I use this about 4 days a week.

Five out of five. If you're looking to do a fun workout at home, and have a Nintendo Switch, this program is great to have around.

I can't believe this game got me to sweat. I see why this was a hard to find item during the Covid outbreak. The game isn't as fun as you expect of a Nintendo Game. But, you can't have too much fun when you're exercising. Then it will become a sport.

Love "playing" this game and in return getting a pretty excellent cardio workout. Also love the warmup stretches before and cooldowns after.
