This is not only a fun game as well as a great way to exercise, but it is also a great way bring the family together. Highly recommend.

The concept of this is really cool but I wish I didn't have to jog in place the whole time in order for my character to move. This game is not the only means of exercise I use in a day so I find it hard play this for very long without being physically exhausted.

Great game to motivate your workout! If the adventure mode is too much there are individual workouts to target certain muscles.
