I like how you do not have to do adventure, and I can focus on specific marts of the body, and also the mini-games.

It’s a good way to get you moving while staying entertained. The ring is way sturdier than I imagined.

I've done some of the jogs and exercises but I am still on novice. The exercises are fun but I am excited to ramp up from novice soon. I just started exercising so this is a workout for me. I don't think a very athletic person would think this was a workout though.
