I had fun playing while getting some cardio. Nice to get a workout while having fun. You will feel it if you do it for an extended time.

At it's heart, this is a fitness game. But it is a much, much better game than anything else in this category. It is actually a fun game. It is a linear adventure with a nice enough story. It is an RPG-lite with character progression, skills, and attacks. The attacks are exercises that you perform to lower the HP of the enemies. A very good implementation, with a variety of exercises that get rotated in and out as you level them up. Really great implementation all around.

Amazing! I NEVER have motivation to work out as it's not fun to me. I played sports but never ran or lifted weights outside of that. Obviously covid has people at home and also gaining a bit of weight. This game is fun and definitely enough of a workout to lose weight. You won't gain a ton of muscle but that's not the reason to buy it. The adventure mode is engaging enough that you find yourself playing almost every day and playing for like an hour. Would be good for all ages.

One of the best games I bought for my son. It actually helps him to sweat a lot and have fun at the same time. Great game!!

I bought this game to stay active while indoors. The game does its job, you can play the adventure mode and sweat as you run through the story and have to do exercise battles against monster characters. I like that each level gives an estimated time to accomplish the task which is great to get in a morning exercise with limited time before work. Or you can play quick games. Some of the games are harder than others to get the hang of but each game targets different muscle groups. The ring has some resistance so it can really work out the arms. I like having the options of the different yoga skills mixed in with the strength training of my arms, legs, and core. If you want to focus more on cardio there are rythem games or you can jog the different locations of the game without have exercise battles in between. But don’t expect to be running miles a day on this game unless you are going to be putting in hours. But if you are looking for a fun way to work out this could be the game for you.

Nintendo does it again. Always coming up with something cool. This game is fun and challenging. The ring gives you a decent workout.

I've only played this game once, but after my first session of playing 3 stages, I broke a sweat and was starting to get sore. This game doesn't hold back. I've been working out 3 days a week for the past 6 months so thought I should start the game with an intensity of around 20. I'm not sure the max, but at this level, it gave me a good workout. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a fun way to workout.

What a great way for the entire family or just yourself to stay moving when it's hard to get out and go anywhere. Very fun.

Keeps me engaged. Excellent variety. Gets my fat butt up to work out and that is not an easy task. Wish the ring had more resistance or a way to change the resistance as you progress. Really enjoying my time with it so far. The workouts are no joke and will get your sweat on.

This is actually a solid physical challenge and quite a tiring workout. Great way to have fun and get off your seat.

It's pretty fun and definitely a little silly. For someone stuck at a desk all day, this is a good way to get up and moving around a bit. My daughter loves to play it too!

It is a great game for you to move up with fun. It designs to mix cardio and weight within the gaming. It will focus on different muscle training while you fight with the monster and repeat the weight training pose couple times. For a person who goes to gym frequently for training, I can tell you confidently that this game give the similar training as working out with a person trainer. I strongly recommend this product to someone doesn't like outdoor activity and wants to save money in gym.
