Bought this as a Christmas gift for my adult son, who likes to keep fit but may end up having to move his workouts home if his gym closes again. We all tried some of the workouts on Christmas, and I have to say, they were surprisingly challenging. We are all exercise fanatics at our house, and I found some of these creative and fun.

For a real couch potato like myself, this game has really gotten me to move around on a regular basis. I like that it can vary among different exercises and doesn't linger on any one exercise for more than a minute or so. I think the price should be a little bit cheaper since the game is so simple, but still I feel like I've got my money's worth.

Like many, I stopped going to the gym due to COVID, so needed something to do at home. Decided to give this a shot and am really enjoying it. As an "athletic" guy, I still find the ring to give a decent amount of resistance, pleasantly surprised! Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to workout from home, no matter what your fitness level is.

This is legit. Best workout i've gotten since covid, this is definitely worth your money. The resistance is no joke and just when you think you got it, they up the reps and difficulty. Super frustrating when you lose because it is exhausting to have to do it all over again, i'm telling you this here is the real deal fitness game.

When I first saw this, I was skeptical. Really? A plastic resistance band as a controller? Then after reading other people's reactions to working up a sweat and fitness professionals recommending it as an "entertaining pilates workout," I decided to try the game for myself. And what a wonder it was. I never truly enjoyed fitness games since it feels like a more advanced workout video, but with Ring Fit Adventure, the game is actually a game. There's a campaign mode where you must defeat the overly buff dragon from overworking his body too much. Each recommended session takes around 15-30 minutes. Ring Fit Adventure isn't a good substitute for 100% exercise, but it best serves as a warm-up for you to start your day.

I bought this to get me started in exercising. I gained a lot of weight from being home in 2020. While this was good at first, most of the exercises (in the first 4 worlds) were targeting arms. This is fine if you're focusing on arms, but my main focus was my stomach. I ultimately stopped playing because I couldn't get past World 4. You have to start strategizing with the smoothies and between that and being forced to do exercises that weren't targeting what I wanted, it wasn't a (ring) fit for me. Did I stop exercising altogether? Absolutely not. I actually ended up purchasing an Apple Watch and Apple Fitness Plus to keep me going.

This game is both fun and physically challenging. I was worried that it would be too easy but it provides a very good workout. As of writing this, I’ve played 10 days and I’m currently level 25. The game has provided enough variety in terms of unlock-able exercises and mini games to keep me wanting more. And I definitely work up a sweat playing.

This one is going to rock your world. Sweated all over the dog. We both had to get hosed off after a session of this bad boy. By "bad" I mean "GOOD". If you want all that disgusting sweat out of your body this "game" is the best way to do it. Ring device also makes a great Frisbee for you and Hula Hoop for your obese cat. BUY BUY BUY!

Great way to exercise. I had been just walking, and this works on a lot of different muscle groups. You can do it as hard or easy as you want. You can really work up a sweat if you want. Keeps the exercise interesting. I used to use the Wii Fit, and this is so much better.

I've played this 100+ days now. From the start, just the ring looks llike nothing you'd really get a workout from, but it really gets you. I usually go for around 30 min of active workout time that it counts and I'm getting a big sweat going every time. Really great for an at-home workout with resistance training type exercises.

Setup is awful, and if worse if you have multiple people who will be using it. Once you get going it is quite fun and can be a decent workout. Certainly wont replace the gym.
