A unique exercise option that will work you out

The premise is to run, squat, and squeeze the ring as you play a story mode via your Switch console (or you can make your own workout). The graphics are not going to blow you away, but they look clean enough. The joy con will slip down your leg, typically, but the system works good overall. I've played it a little bit but my wife has played it a lot more as an exercise option during bad weather - she recommends it so I consider this a RECOMMENDATION for anybody looking for a unique way to exercise beyond walking/running. NOTE: I wouldn't recommend this product at all if you only have the Switch Lite. This game is really meant to be docked to a television while you exercise.

Great fun

You can still get a decent workout while having fun at the same time. I also have knee problems (injuries and arthritis) and you can change the settings to make it less hard on the knees.

Great starter kit for working out!

If you love video games and you hate working out, then this is the way to go! It's honestly a great little workout and definitely gets the blood flowing. I had no problem working up a little sweat while also trying to defeat the monster in this game. They also have fun side games where you can just work out while also playing games. Definitely recommend!
