Not only is the game actually fun to play because of the story mode, but there are a lot of different exercises you can do in free play. There's even something you can switch on that lets the game keep track of pushes when the game/console is off.

Workout game for the unfit and fit

There's a warm up and cool down mode. Different levels of exercises from casual to hardcore enthusiasts. So many different types of work outs outside the game you can do and unlock by playing the adventure game. You can setup alarms to do your exercises and track your heart rate. So much to do it you want to get a workout within 30 mins.

Skeptical but a good purchase

It is the successor to the wii balance board in some ways. I'm just hoping that there will be more functionality in the future because its pricey for what it is.
