A good workout though not the most compelling game

It was a bit hard for me to play in good conscience since it makes a lot of noise for my neighbours downstairs.

Great workout game.

The equipment is sturdier than you would expect and works well to get a baseline on your ability. There are different settings and the constant monitoring of your health is a nice touch/rest break. If you're a big guy like I am, you'll appreciate the leg strap stretches enough to velcro around your leg without any issue.

It’s a great workout, and you can personalize to your own level. You can take it easy or have a hard core workout! It’s fantastic! I love that it’s meant for you to use the tv as your guide, as opposed to workout videos where it’s not actually meant to face the tv the whole time which can be difficult. And it’s a game, so it makes it even more fun!
