Keeps working out somewhat fun!

Being able to beat my teenage kids in fitness activities is a plus too! My 17 year old uses this as a P. E class some for her distant learning since we live where we will hit -20 a lot this winter. I used rewards to purchase, I don't think I would pay full price though.

Motivation for a good workout

It will definitely get you sweating once you start adventure mode. The Ring itself is like a resistance band. Would recommend especially if you aren't able to hit the gym.
