You can set the level of fitness to your liking so if you want to cruise through it if you want or put yourself through hell and work off that heart attack burger in one setting lol. Its great if your not the biggest fan of gyms and its fun for kids too. It literally tricks them into working out.

Really effective game

Hopefully Nintendo will create more content to use the ring peripheral and add disablity accessibility in the future. As a game this is really fun and as exercise, it’s more of supplemental exercise than a main one. Also, great motivator

Amazing and Fun Workout!

I enjoy that it is based around an RPG to keep my interest in working out daily to progress the game and unlock new workouts. If you don’t work out regularly I recommend playing in 10 minute intervals to get your body used to movement. I was sore after the first couple of days and now it’s getting easier.
