Love these workouts

I thought it would get boring but as you progress the game starts throwing curve balls at you and keeps it interesting. I like that it offers pre and post workout stretches. It's important especially if you don't work out consistently. Warm ups help you're body get ready so you don't get cramps and tightness. Cool downs help prevent soreness.

It works as a very simple-minded trainer with good 3d representation of how one should hold their body and limbs. Add to that the RPG aspects and it's less tedious and more fun. Even 15 minutes a day is better than nothing. You will sweat. Keep some water handy. Push the difficulty as far as you want, just don't hurt yourself.
