I'm mixing this with fitness boxing and I find it a perfect balance to tone yourself. Its not the complete answer but it will kick your butt and burn a ton of calories. I read somewhere that someone using this for a year, still hasn't completely unlocked everything the game has to offer.

The controls are surprisingly responsive, and I overall have a great time getting a workout in, for the first time in ever! Highly recommend, whether your just looking for a gym supplement, don't have time to get it off the house often, or whatever! Just grab your ring and move!!
