A Nice Game for Casual Workout

This game is user-friendly, and suitable for daily casual workout. The difficulty can be adjusted according your condition, and there are a lot of mini games. I like this game a lot because I can exercise at home whenever I want.

A real workout

The game is a real workout, and the pulse rate measurements that show that I'm really working out my body is surprisingly accurate (it usually matches up with the heart rate monitor on my smartwatch).
